Price Changes effective 1st April 2024

Dear customer,

As you may/may not be aware, the minimum wage is set to increase from the 1st April 2024. This is a 9.8% increase on the current minimum wage, which will hit many businesses hard.
As we are a labour intensive company and all prepacks are manually packed by hand, this is going to have a significant impact upon us, which unfortunately leaves us no alternative but to increase some of our prices.
The good news is that unlike many other companies who will use this an an excuse to hike up prices and do a blanket increase across the board, we will continue to do what we always have and review products on an individual basis.
This means we will only increase the price if it is absolutely necessary. We recognise the need to keep costs as low as possible, more so given the current economic climate and whilst there will be some increases, there will also be some decreases where we are able to do so.

We will be producing upto date catalogues and the prices on the website will always reflect the current price as well.

Those customers whom we price up prepacks for, please bear in mind if we use a multiplier for you, then your pack price will automatically change with any cost price increase. Those who give us selling prices for your packs, you will need to review and notify us if you would like these changing.

If you need anymore information, please contact the sales team.
